SmartCAF is a Document Management System to keep the document scanned copies in central Data Center along with the complete application to manage the same. Each document is linked with a ID uniquely and can be retrieved anytime from anywhere by the designated users. Documents can also be sent through e-mail by sending a request from a mobile handset.
A simple scanner need to be kept at the designated locations in the state where scanning takes place and softcopies will be uploaded in the central system.
